SEO Website Analysis
Analyze One Web Page for SEO Issues
Paste a public URL. Roast My Web checks that one page and does not crawl the rest of the site. It cannot predict rankings. Basic backlink data may appear, but this is not a backlink audit.
- Check the title, meta description, headings, and indexability.
- See whether the copy makes the page’s likely search job clear.
- Inspect the internal and external links on the page.
- Compare desktop and mobile captures.
- Hand developers and writers a ranked fix list.
Check anything important against Search Console and the page source before you act.

One-page SEO analysis
Know what the analyzer checks before you run it
Roast My Web reviews one public URL at a time. It combines page-level SEO data with desktop and mobile captures, then turns the available evidence into an editable report.
Search snippet
Review the page title and meta description for clarity, length, and alignment with the page.
Headings and content
Check the heading structure, visible copy, content depth, and whether the page answers its likely search job.
Indexing signals
Inspect the response, robots directives, canonical URL, HTTPS, and other page-level signals that affect indexability.
Links and page structure
Review the page’s internal and external link counts, broken-link signal, and HTTPS-to-HTTP warning when that data is available.
Mobile and performance
Compare desktop and mobile captures and include Core Web Vitals or other performance fields when those sources respond.
Prioritized findings
Group the available evidence into a fix list you can inspect, edit, share, or export for the submitted URL.
Example finding
Treat the report as a lead, not a verdict
- Observed
- The page title names the product but never states the task the page helps a searcher complete.
- Investigate
- Compare the title with the queries and click-through rate for this exact URL in Search Console.
- Possible fix
- Lead with the search job, keep the product name, and make sure the visible page delivers the same promise.
What the analysis can see
The submitted public page, its rendered desktop and mobile views, and the page-level SEO and performance data that arrives.
What it cannot see
A full-site crawl, private analytics, complete ranking history, pages behind a login, or a full backlink audit. Basic public ranking and backlink data may appear when those sources respond.

So glad I came across this launch! Perfect timing because my co-founder and I were kind of lost on how to improve our landing page (neither of us are designers) but we can't afford to have a designer audit our page.
The report is incredibly detailed and caught a lot of bugs/missing things that are essential to the page. Super impressed by the fine tuning that was done! Great tool and I'd recommend to any bootstrapping founder!
SEO Website Analysis FAQs
Quick answers before you analyze a page
What the page-level analyzer checks, what it cannot access, and how to use the findings.
Start with the page that matters most
Submit a homepage, landing page, article, product page, or another public URL. The report groups its findings so you can investigate the most important issues first.
It cannot prove a ranking increase. Check recommendations against search demand, Search Console, analytics, and your technical constraints before changing the page.
