How to reach me

The four things people write in about, and what happens when they do.

A finding is wrong.
Send me the report link and name the finding. I use confirmed mistakes to improve later audits.
The audit failed or stalled.
Email the URL you submitted. Login walls, bot protection, consent screens, and content that loads late can all stop the capture.
I want a refund.
Email me within 30 days of your first purchase. Eligibility and usage limits are explained in the terms of service.
Something else.
Press, partnerships, and corrections to this page reach the same inbox.

Send me your ideas

Product ideas and improvement requests are some of the most useful messages I get. Small or rough ideas are welcome.

  • Something you wish it did

A check the audit misses, a report section you would add, or a page type it should handle better.

  • Something that slowed you down

A step that took longer than it should, a setting you could not find, or anything you had to fix by hand.

  • What you do with the report

Who you send it to and what happens next. Knowing the job behind the audit tells me what to build.

I read every suggestion myself. I cannot build all of them, but ideas that come from people using Roast My Web on real pages shape what I work on next.

What to include

A few details let me answer in one reply instead of three.

  • A finding looks wrong

Send the report link and name the finding. Say what the page actually shows so I can check the evidence the audit used.

  • An audit failed

Send the exact URL you submitted. If the page needs a login or shows a consent screen first, mention it.

  • Billing or a refund

Write from the email you paid with, or include it, so I can find the order and its receipt.

Billing and receipts

How payments, receipts and refunds work.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which emails your receipt. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and each audit uses one credit.

First purchases can be refunded within 30 days, before the credits are materially used. The full conditions are in the terms of service. Current packs and prices are on the pricing page.

Before you write

These pages answer the most common questions.

The audit methodology explains what each audit collects and how scores move. The About page explains what Roast My Web is and who maintains it.
